Ada J. Lupo, age 80, of Brick, died Monday, Sept. 19 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Lakewood, she spent her entire life living in Toms River and Brick. She was employed as a bus driver with the Toms River School System for 28 years until her retirement. Ada enjoyed spending time with her family and playing bingo.

She was predeceased by her husband, Angelo Lupo and her son, Claude Hurley.

Ada is survived by her children, John Hurley and his wife, Tracie, Forked River and Donald Hurley and his wife, Denise, Bayville; 6 grandchildren, Brian Hurley, Brick, Claude Hurley and his wife, Kerri, Point Pleasant, Nicole Guthrie and her husband, Jason, Beauford, NC, Christine Welton and husband, James, Cape Coral, FL, Abigail Hurley, Brick and Gabriel Hurley and wife, Anna, Somerset . She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and her sister, Anne Cooper, Toms River.

Visitation will be Thursday, 2-4 and 6-8pm at "The Family Owned" Carmona Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St. Toms River. A funeral service will held Friday 10AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River. Please send condolences to www.carmonabolenfh.com.
