ALBERT "SONNY" E. DEITER
AGE: 70 HOWELL
Albert "Sonny" E. Deiter, 70, of Howell, passed away Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, at home. Sonny was born in Jersey City and had lived in Howell for many years. He was a bull rider, live stock contractor and a well known cowboy.
Sonny was predeceased by two sons, James and Albert III. He is survived by three sons, Daniel, Bryan and James Deiter; three daughters, Sissy Markus, Maryann Deiter, and Kerrie Hurley; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30 at the Howell Community Church, 1554 Maxim-Southard Road, Howell. Sonny bought me my first pair of boots, after a horse stepped on my foot in a rain storm, while Jay and I were trying to get the horses in the barn. He was a good man, I hope he and Jay can finally spend sometime together, I know how much we missed him. God bless him.
