Me and my family will miss my dad very much. He was my teacher on many issues and was my friend. He will be missed by Joe (son) daughter in law Shirlyn, Grand children Joe Jr, theresa, and Melanie, and great grand children Gregory, Dominic, Callie, Chris, Molly, Baily, and Olivia. He was thrilled that Joe Jr is our third Rail Road generation and his many promotions. They shared many stories and was very proud to hear them talk. He loved Shirlyn and loved to talk with him when we would get together.
We will miss you Dad.

Mr. Gioe.....a great man, a great father. I will never forget growing up in Elizabeth where my mom was best friends with Colette and Tony! Always over their house on Palisade Road while my mom and Colette had their tea! God Bless.

I loved him and will miss him. He helped me get my first RR job and was a mentor while we worked together. He was a beloved father and teacher about many things including the RR, farm machine repairs and other things. He loved my kids and grand kids and we will miss him very much.
