Anthony A Seaman Sr.

Toms River - Anthony A. Seaman Sr., age 54, of Toms River, died Sunday, May 23 at home. He was a lifelong resident of Toms River. Anthony retired from the Ocean County Correction Department with the rank of Lieutenant after 25 years of service. After retiring, he worked for his brother Everett at ERS Fleet Repair.

He was a member of the Toms River Elks #1875 and a former member of the Gilford park Yacht Club. He enjoyed working on antique cars with his father and brothers, fishing, cruising, camping and NASCAR.

He was predeceased by his father, Carlton and brother in law, Robert Clark.

Anthony is survived by his wife, Diane Seaman; children, Anthony Jr., Samantha and Emily; brothers, Carlton Jr. and his wife, Sharon, Everett and Timothy; nieces, Dana Millette and her husband, William, Kaitlyn Prior and her husband, Jason; nephews, Ryan Seaman and wife, Melissa and Travis Seaman and his wife, Dawn; father and mother in law, George Sr. and Mary Clark; brothers in law, George Clark Jr. and his wife, Colleen, Daniel Motuz and his partner, Randy Evans, Michael Motuz Sr. and sisters in law, Marcia, Barbara Downs and her husband, Mark.

A memorial gathering will be Wed. 2-4 & 7-9pm at Carmona Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River. A funeral service will be held Thursday, 11am at the funeral home.
