CHARLES LETIZIA SR.
WHITING
Charles Letizia Sr., of Whiting, Manchester, passed away Friday, May 22, 2009. He was born in Messina, Sicily Italy and lived in Lakewood for over 30 years before moving to Whiting. He retired from General Motors in 2003. His passion was golf and he enjoyed every moment playing it with his closest friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Carmela; and his brother, Salvatore. Charles is survived by his children, Darlene, Charles and Michael and their families; his former wife, Lorraine; and his sisters and brothers, Cona, Nick, Frank, and Millie.
A Memorial Mass will be offered at noon Saturday, June 27 at St. Mary of the Lake Church, 43 Madison Ave., Lakewood. Arrangements made by the D'Elia Funeral Home, Lakewood.
