Charles Warshany Obituary
Manalapan - Charles T. Warshany passed away on Friday October 12, 2018 at The Manor, Freehold. Born in Jamesburg, he had resided in Manalapan for most of his life. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Englishtown. Charles was a past Chief of the Englishtown Fire Department, a past Manalapan Township Fire Commissioner, and a fourth degree knight of the Knights of Columbus, Prince of Peace Council #5903. Charles was a retired Iron Worker from Local #350.
He was predeceased by his brother, Edward and sister, Dorothy. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy; his three children and their spouses, Paul and Pamela, David and Jeff Mayes, and Denise and Robert Parks; four grandchildren, Michelle, Nichole, Gavin and Avery.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday October 14, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A funeral service will be held on Monday October 15, 2018 at 11:00am at the Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. Interment will follow at Old Tennent Cemetery, Manalapan.
