Ed, We'll surely miss Monk at the cabin. We had quite a few years cooking for him and you all, Mom and I. Joe and I still remember the times John Gordon and he got into some laughing matches and John would pretend to choke him, and Monk would laugh so hard he'd have to sit down. God bless you Ed & Monk too.

Ed , deepest Sympathy . At this very difficult time .

August 29, 2010

Dearest Father. I miss you terribly. The memories of you and I together is the only thing keeping me together. We shared more time together then most Fathers and sons could wish for. Spending the whole day yesterday at your place, made me feel as if we were still with each other.

Love you Pop
