Red Bank - Chester Apy, former State Assemblyman and Judge of Workers Compensation, died at home in Red Bank on May 30. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, August 7th at Tower Hill Presbyterian Church in Red Bank. All are welcome.
