IRMA L. BEHRENS
ELIZABETH
Behrens, Irma L. of Deerfield Beach, FL passed away Jan. 10, 2009. Born October 9, 1914, she graduated from Colby College-New Hampshire; and worked as a Lab Technician at Elizabeth General Hospital in New Jersey. She retired to Deerfield Beach in 1970. She was a lifetime member of the DAR and a longtime member of the U.S. Power Squadron.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, John in 1995. She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, J.Richard Behrens of Boca Raton & Ronald C. Behrens of Cranford New Jersey; daughther-in-law, Renee; five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Her family request memorial donations be made to Alzheimer's Research %American Health Foundation 22512 Gateway Center Drive Clarksburg, Maryland 20871 800-437-2423 or www.ahaf.org Memorial Services will be Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009 at 2PM at Babione Funeral Home 1100 North Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL.

Dear Dick and Ron,

I am so sorry that Irma has passed away. She was a wonderful person, and I will miss her dearly. My whole heartfelt expressions to all the family. Irma was a wonderful Mother-in law to me and I will always cherish the memories we had together, and the fact that she was also a Wonderful Grandmother to all the children in the family.
