Jon LeClair Obituary
He was born Nov. 15, 1965, in Sioux Falls, S.D., to Jack F. and Sherry LeClair.
Jon was a caring, creative, generous, loving individual who enjoyed making others smile and be surprised. At a young age, he was inspired by magic and went on to be a professional magician. He is the author of the bestselling magic book, "The Art of Invisible Thread," which was later translated to French. He married the love of his life, Kuniko Yamamoto on May 5, 1992.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kuniko; his parents, Jack F. and Pam LeClair and Sherry and Milford Garness; his brother and his wife, Jack K. and Lynn LeClair; nieces, Rikki and Jacki LeClair; nephew, John Keith LeClair; aunts and uncles, George and Kathy Arnold and Jean and Robert Schnider; and cousins.
The memorial service was held Saturday, Sept. 14, at McKee Funeral Home in North Port, Fla.

I was saddened to hear about Jon's passing. I have fond memories of going to visit Buster & Sherry and hanging out with Jon..going to Silver Lake to feed the geese and he'd be so enthusiastic about showing off his latest magic trick. He had a kind heart and a gentle spirit. I regret that we lost touch over the years. My sympathies to his wife and family.

Great fella... Went to school with Jon for 12-years, Sr Francis and Lourdes. What a fun guy to be around! I cam remember Jon's magic shows in the 4th grade....Jon always amazed people and entertained us all. So sorry to hear of his passing.

Jon was always so kind. My family lived next door to his family when we were younger. I have never known a more gentle and kind person. My praeyrs are with his wife and family

So sorry to hear about Jon's passing. We went to high school together. Jon was always the entertainer, always had a smile on his face, and wanted to make sure those around him were happy. God Bless!!

Jon was one of my best friends in high school, though we lost touch after graduation. I am saddened to hear this news. I will always remember Jon as a vital, charismatic, entertaining person. My prayers are with his wife and family. God bless.
