Joseph Leone Obituary
Tinton Falls - Joseph F. Leone, 54, of Tinton Falls, NJ passed away on Thursday October 4, 2018 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Joe was born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ. Before moving to Cliffwood Beach where he married and then settled in Tinton Falls. His second home in Chincoteague Island was his retirement destination.
Joe is survived by his wife of 23 years Suzie, his furry friends; AJ, Toby and Kocoa, his sisters; Lori Pulley, Janet Leone-McCarthy and Judy Leone. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews on both sides as well as two great-nieces and a great-nephew.
A memorial mass will be offered 10:30 am on Saturday October 20, 2018 at St Dorothea's RC Church, 240 Broad street, Eatontown NJ. In lieu of flowers please support Arthritis.org or your favorite animal organization. My dearest Joe.
New Years day 2020, woke up 6 this morning and put on NJN to check the weather because I have to deliver pizza all day today. Started clicking through the channels to see if I could find something interesting to watch on television and there it was again......on the SYFY channel.....the New Year's Day 24 hour 'Twilight Zone' marathon, so I stopped to watch. It took a few episodes this time but there he was again with the cigarette in his hand. My eyes went immediately up to the ceiling, I began waving the hands again, but this time I didn't shout because everybody was asleep. Happy New Year up in Heaven ol' buddy....pet my cats for me.
