Jules Kollar Obituary
New Brunswick - Jules G. Kollar died Thursday, January 21, 2021, at his home in New Brunswick. He was 66.
Born in New Brunswick to the late Julius P. and Lillian M. (Nicola) Kollar, he lived in North Brunswick before returning to New Brunswick 10 years ago. He graduated from St. Peter's High School in New Brunswick where he played baseball and excelled in athletics. Mr. Kollar graduated from Rutgers University and the University of Baltimore Law School. He began his career with the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office before starting his own law practice in New Brunswick, which he has had for over 30 years.
Mr. Kollar was an avid golfer and a longtime member of Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township. He as a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees and Green Bay Packers.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Charles J. Kollar. Surviving are his aunts Lynn Nicola and Agnes Nicola; his sister-in-law Susan Kollar; two nieces - Katie Kollar and Lauren Kollar; several cousins; and his longtime employee and friend Gloria Maldonado.
Private services were under the direction of Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick.
