I was deeply saddened and shocked when I heard about Mike's passing. I met him back in '98 at AT&T and had to wake him up on countless nights to help handle overnight MIS issues. He was always helpful and a pleasure to work with. There was never a doubt that his family was of the utmost importance to him. I pray that God will comfort and strengthen them.

"Mike was passionate about MIS and what we all accomplished since its beginnings in 1996, he always strived for the best personally and for the team. One of Mike's strongest assets was his ability to work to connect with people. In MIS we think people first and Mike truly lived that. Work Life is very important to a survival of a business but ensuring a healthy Personal Life is what keeps that business running and Mike was a big supporter of ensuring his team was able to come to work knowing that their personal lives were cared for. Whether it is a sudden day off needed or a change in schedule, Mike was always accommodating"(saved my mothers job) He past away helping a friend. His family came first and he always spoke about his wife and kids.(The perfect man) The good do die young. This is type of person he was.AMAZING! RIP you will be missed. My condolences to his family.

Please accept my condolences. I enjoyed working with Mike for the past 8 years. I will remember him as a great manager who was always friendly, outgoing, and willing to help. Dispite the busy days Mike always made time for a laugh or smile. I will always be indebted to him for helping me when I started with the company, even though I didn't report to him, because that was just the kind of man he was. He was very proud of his family; wife Sue and his three beautiful children. God Bless you.

He had a kind and gentile spirit. We would talk about his kids and his sports coaching. He was truly a family man. I will keep the Confessore family in my prayers. Please know family, that God will comfort you during this painful time and He will also help you to make sense of it. Mike lived a wonderful life and he left a lasting legacy. May God bless you.
