Nicholas Blanda Obituary
AGE: 62 • Neptune
Nicholas 'Nunzio' Blanda, 62, passed unexpectedly in his Neptune Township home on September 25th. He was born in Passaic and raised in Lodi, New Jersey, graduated from Lodi High School and William Paterson College. He is survived by his wife of 26 years Kim Blanda, his daughters Jordan Leigh and Camryn Lynzi Blanda. Relatives and friends are invited to visit the Oceanside Memorial Home, 2014 Main St., Lake Como, NJ, on Friday September 30, 2016 from 4:00 - 7:30pm. Nick it's no wonder you have not responded to me you're in Heaven. if I did not jump back on Facebook I would never had known you had passed. I saw a written note happy birthday in heaven nick I thought I was seeing things but it was true I would never had known you had passed if I did not read that so when I read your obituary which was very difficult , I found out that you had passed in 2016! A day after my mothers 90th birthday the preparations were intense ... I still would've been there for you and your family ... needless to say I am devastated because you died too soon! I know that heaven needed an angel and it was you. you gave me my first job when I was 18 back in 1984 shortly after you opened up your Naturalizer shoe store. I became your top salesman and stayed with you for several years you taught me everything I needed to know about the shoe industry and after you, I moved on for the next 15 years in the shoe industry! I just want to say to your wife and your two beautiful daughters whom I've never met, I am so very sorry for your precious loss. I have been through a lot the last 10 years taking care of my mother at home with my husband we were her caregivers if I had only reached out to you sooner I would have loved to have seen you and your beautiful family. God bless you all as I will always pray for your family and keep you Nick in my prayers too. I hope you are up in heaven making my mom and everyone laugh! thank you for the best years of my life! You are the best nick! take care ❤❤❤❤

Nick, you were such a wonderful man and a great colleague, you would always try to help me to figure out how to help others in the mortgage industry, you made me laugh so many times, I will cherish those funny moments, I pray for your family to have the strength to move on without you.

So sorry to hear the loss of Nick. Our sympathies and prayers go out for the family. It was a privilege to have known Nick, family dinners, parties and football games were always better when Nick was around. He brought happiness to everyone around. Will be missed by all. God Bless
