Phil was always a great and funny guy. When I was growing up Phil and my father both worked together for Spring Lake Heights PD. Phil was always good for a few jokes with me as a kid as my father and him did the usual hanging out. Maybe its safe to say that he got my father to start playing golf when I was a kid and now I play golf too so if it weren't for Phil who knows. Great Guy and God Speed LT! RIP!

Phil was my partner as a agent in the N.J. State A.B.C. We were good friends for many years. We also worked off duty for B&G Builders for many years. We lost touch in 1972 when I moved to Florida and worked as a D/S for the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office. I later retired as a Sgt. there in 1992. I last spoke to Phil a year or so ago. Phil was a great person and a fine L.E.O. My condolences to his family.
