Dr. Robert M. Shelden

AGE: 73 • Dunedin, FL

Dr. Robert M. Shelden, 73, of Dunedin, Florida passed away Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011.

He is survived by his loving family, including his wife, Joanne; daughter, Merris (John) Hanntz; sons, Daniel (Kim) and Christopher (Matthew); 3 brothers, William (Georgine), Richard (Janet) and Kenneth (Nancie). Also surviving are his grandchildren: Krystina, Cole, Abigail, Adam and Luke and his Basset hounds, Lucy and Fletch.

He was the President of the Braemoor South Homeowner's Association, retired from the University of Medicine and Dentistry where he was an Associate Professor in Reproductive Endocrinology in New Brunswick, NJ. Robert was an avid golfer and loved to travel.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 26, 2011 from 12-2 and 4-6 pm at Curlew Hills Funeral Home 1750 Curlew Rd. Palm Harbor. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice in his memory. www.curlewhills.com
