Rose M. Eccles, 79, of Toms River, NJ died on Friday December 16, 2016 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ. Rose was born in Newark, NJ and lived in Kearny, NJ until moving to Toms River, NJ in 1980. She was a member of the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Ocean County, Families Anonymous in Toms River, NJ, American Legion Auxiliary Post #282 in Harrison, NJ and Marriage Encounter in Iselin, NJ.
Rose is predeceased by her parents Victor and Julia Blakitis and her husband Harold Eccles.
Surviving are her children Linda Gonzalez of Randolph, NJ, Janice Ramos of Toms River, NJ and Donna Tancordo of Toms River, NJ; her 10 grandchildren John, Christine, Jason, Michael, Christian, Sandi, Roseann, Diane, Jessica and Daniel; her 16 great grandchildren who all loved her dearly and one great great grandson.
Family will receive friends on Sunday December 18, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St. Catherine Blvd. Toms River, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Monday December 19, 2016 at 10am at the funeral home. Entombment will follow to Ocean County Memorial Park in Toms River, NJ. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.ryanfuneralhome.com. Family requests that no flowers be sent.
