Ruth Ann Kurry (nee Connolly), 84, of the Holiday City Berkeley section of Berkeley Township and Seaside Park, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012. Born in Forest City, PA, she lived for many years in East Orange, NJ and then Seaside Park until moving to Holiday City Berkeley. Ruth Ann worked as a secretary at Central Regional High School in Berkeley Township for many years. She was a parishioner of St. Catharine of Siena R.C. Church, Seaside Park, and St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church, Berkeley Township. Her greatest joy was sharing good times with her growing family and friends.

Predeceased by her parents, Michael and Margaret; her sister, Barbara Brown; and her beloved great-grandson, Geoffrey Vandenberge. Surviving is her husband, Harry; her son, Gerard of Toms River; three daughters, Nancee Nevins of Barnegat, Susan Graham and her husband Douglas of Lanoka Harbor, and Mary Anne Pastore and her husband Mathias of VA; her brother, Michael Connolly of Flushing, NY; eight grandchildren, Kelly Smith, Kim Menichetti, Scott Nevins, Michelle Vandenberge, Collin and Eric Pastore, Michael and Stephanie Reichman; seven great-grandchildren, Jared, Rebekah, Mason, Lincoln, Abigail, Miles, and Austin; and also many loving nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012 at The Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 8, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.ryanfuneralhome.com.
