SARAH "DOLLY"
MONTGOMERY
AGE: 84 LAVALLETTE
Sarah "Dolly" Montgomery, 84, of Lavallette, died Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at home. Born in Nutley, she lived in Clifton prior to moving to Lavallette in 1973. Sarah worked in the Human Resource Office for K Mart, Toms River for 12 years. She was a member of St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish, Lavallette, and of the Catholic Daughters. She enjoyed Atlantic City and BINGO.
Sarah was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Montgomery, in 1996; and her son, Robert G., in 1998; she is the last of seven children. Sarah is survived by her two sons, James of Lavallette, and Joseph of Ortley Beach; and her daughter, Anne Marter of Ortley Beach.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 10 at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 995 Fischer Blvd., Toms River. The Funeral Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 11 at St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish, Lavallette. Committal is private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1035 Hooper Ave., Toms River, NJ 08755. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.ryanfuneralhome.com.

Love you guys, Anne, Joe, Jimmy, We will never forget Dolly. No one ever could. She was awesome. Always told you exactly what she had on her mind. It was great to see all the friends and relatives. I will keep you posted on any new messages. Come down to see us in NC.
