Steven Edelman Obituary
AGE: 65 • Belmar
Steven Eric Edelman of Belmar, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013. He was 65 years old. Steven was a greatly loved father, brother, husband, grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his son and his wife, two step children and their spouses, three grandchildren, his sister and her family. He was predeceased by his parents and his beloved wife Janet. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014 at the Robert Schoem Menorah Chapel, W-150 State Route 4, Paramus. Memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Steven you will be deeply missed. I had the pleasure of knowing you and your kind heart. I hope you are sitting on a beach somewhere drinking your coffee surrounded by past loved ones. I know that everyone who knew you, will miss you!

Steve, We will all miss your smile, and how you made us laugh. We loved having coffee on the porch every summer weekend, long and funny chats, grilling & chilling. We were crushes 30 years ago. I remember teaching Loren how to ride a horse. I may have been younger then, but never could forget your sweetness and capacity for love and kindness. Steven was a dear friend to me in the past few years aftet he moved full time to Belmar.. I sa him regularly as I was his Massage Therapist.. But more than a client we became good friends. He was always there for me and I am shocked and saddenned to hear of his passing.. I will miss his smile and sense of humor.. He was very proud of his family and spoke often of you all. Rest in Peace Buddy. I feel as though I have someone else up there watching over me.. love you, Jennifer
