AGE: 43 • Bayville
Thomas A. Voss, 43, of Bayville died suddenly on Saturday, August 3, 2013. Born in Pt. Pleasant, Tom lived in Ocean Gate and Bayville. He was a 1988 Graduate of Central Regional High School in Bayville. Mr. Voss was yard Manager for the family business of Good Luck Point Marina in Bayville. He was an avid off-shore fisherman, accomplished surfer and loved boating on the Barnegat Bay. Surviving are his parents, Roy, Sr. and Gail Voss; his brother Roy Voss, Jr. and his wife Jen; his niece Amy Voss and his nephew Roy Voss, III. Also surviving are many extended family and friends who will dearly miss him. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, Aug. 7th, from 2-4 and 7-9pm, and Thursday 10am before the Prayer Service at 11am, in the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory to; Save Barnegat Bay, 1906-A Grand Central Avenue, Lavallette, NJ 08735, would be appreciated.

Mr. & Mrs. Voss, I want to tell you both and family how sorry I am for your loss. Tommy was one of a kind, so smart and caring. Unfourtnally I didn't get to the viewing. I lost my dad suddenly aug. 5th. They both knew each other very well at one time. They are both at peace. visiting again with loved ones that they have once missed. I know they are happy now wathching down on all of us.

Among oldest of friends, my life, built upon memories such as these, now hunting lizards and snakes in the great beyond, remembering fondly a time when there were no worries--just long summer days of fun and laughing and friendship. I was lucky to have such a long held friendship with a really good guy.
