AGE: 19 • Barnegat

Thomas "Tommy" Ernesto Walsh III, 19 of Barnegat. Our Beautiful Boy went to heaven after a courageous battle with addiction on June 7, 2017. Tommy was one of the most kind and empathic people God had put on earth. He touched everyone he met. Tommy grew up in Barnegat and attended BHS. He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. Tommy was greeted in heaven by his grandparents: Thomas & Ellen Walsh, William Bergen, and Ernie & Gail Napolitano. Tommy leaves behind his parents Thomas & Kelly Bergen Walsh, Michelle Walsh, his siblings: Brittany Walsh, Ian Walsh, Caitlin Bethanis-Goshorn (Blane), & Robert Bethanis; his grandmother Ruth Bergen; his niece and nephews: Morrison, William, & Reese; aunts & uncles: Kevin & Angelique Walsh, Shannon & David Wianecki, William & Janice Bergen; Many cousins, friends, best friend Tyler May & his best girl Meadow. A memorial to honor his life will be held Saturday June 24th from 12-2:30 PM with a Blessing Service to follow at the Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
