Robert Meyer Obituary
Robert G. Meyer went peacefully to be with his Lord & Savior on December 18, 2020. He was born February 14, 1947 to Gus & Etta Meyer of Canova, SD. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and proudly served aboard the aircraft carrier, USS Yorktown. He was highly commended by his Commanding Officer and honorably discharged in May, 1968. He returned to SD to marry his high school sweetheart. Two daughters, Shonda & Krista were born to this union. He worked at Terrace Park Dairy until he found his passion selling real estate with the Dunham Company. In 1980 he decided to accept a position with Mobil Oil in Dallas, TX. Grateful for sharing his life and left behind to mourn are the mother of his children, Diana Meyer, daughters Shonda Meyer, Krista (Edgar) Gonzalez and his beautiful grandchildren, Joshua & Grace Ann. Bob is survived by three brothers, Rich, David & Larry. He was preceded in death by his parents & grandparents. In loving memory......
