Centerville - Shirley Ann Pastian was born October 30, 1934 in rural Gregory County, SD and died from congestive heart failure on December 30, 2018 at the age of 84 at Bethesda Nursing Home of Beresford where she had been a resident for 4 months. Those who gratefully shared her life are daughter Wanda (Chuck) Fergen of Pierre, SD; sons Ward Thedorff (Rondi Utne and family) of Sioux Falls, SD; Wade Thedorff of Yankton, SD; and Wayne Thedorff (special friend Mary Clayton) of Centerville, SD; 2 granddaughters: Bridget Thedorff of Oklahoma and Niki (Eric) Rodawig of Elkhorn, NE; 3 grandsons: Jared (Andrea) Thedorff of Summerset, SD; Brett (Mandy) Fergen of Pierre, SD; and Tyler Thedorff (fiancée Annie Staum) of Los Angeles, CA ; great-grandchildren: Owen and Cole Thedorff, Max Fergen, E.J. and Sydney Rodawig; sister Sharon (Linden) Fickbohm of Sioux Falls, SD; many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends; special friend Terri Johnson; and special families Jeff, Kaye, Rob, Molly, Sam and Luke Hansen and Travis, Jill, Lacey and Kylie Mockler.
Funeral services will be 11AM Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Beresford Zion United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 5-7PM Friday, Jan. 4th at the church with a prayer service at 7PM.
