Spencer Alan Carter of Lake Stevens, Washington, returned to the loving arms of his his family and Heavenly Father on January 14th, 2025. He was born December 27th, 1979 in Emmett, Idaho and graduated Highschool from Fruitland Idaho in 1999. Son of Nancy Redford of Nampa and Paul Carter of Arizona, Spencer is survived by his parents, Kent and Nancy Redford of Nampa, brother Doug Carter and his partner Dina of Seattle, sister and brother-in-law Jeniele and Jim Rowley of Nampa Idaho, and brother Dave Carter of Boise Idaho. He is also survived by seven neices and nephews, and six great neices and nephews who adored him. Spencer was an incredibly bright, talented, and loving person. He was a great son, brother, and uncle. Spencer will always be remembered for his sharp wit, generous laughter, and passionate spirit. Though our parting is difficult, it is with love in our hearts we rejoice for his reunion with family and for the peace and serenity he has finally found.
