So sorry to hear this. I knew him through the Kiwanis Club for many years. I always enjoyed talking to him and thought very highly of him. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. He was a really nice guy and accomplished a great deal in his life. We will miss him. Prayers and Condolences to the family through this difficult time.

I knew Colonel Mottl when I was attending OU. He was the commander of the cadre of the OU Army ROTC Department in Lindley Hall at that time. When I went to The Laurels to see friends, I always stopped at his room and saluted him! I am an Army veteran. Prayers for the family!

I may have only seen Mr. Mottl once, but I know this about him. He had two beautiful daughters who were thoughtful and kind. For that he was a lucky man.
My condolences to Julie and to Becky.
