Family-Placed Death Notice

ALGIE "TWYLA" WHITE-MASON Algia "Twyla" White-Mason, age 74 of Snellville, GA died October 31, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Arthur Mason and is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Darvin and Olene White of Acton, CA, Bruce "Shakor" and Troy White, Lawrence and Bobbie White all of Snellville; brothers, Clem Summerlin, Paul and Ronnie Summerlin all of Flushing, NY; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Mason was retired from New York Housing Authority and has lived in Snellville for the past 4 years. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 6 at 1pm at Wages Snellville Chapel with Pastor Leonard Perryman officiating. Interment at H.G. Wright Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 until 9pm at the funeral home. Traditional flowers will be accepted or those desiring may make donations to the DeKalb Youth Sympathy Orchestra, in memory of Algia "Twyla" Mason. The family would like to express a special thanks to the New York City Labor Chorus and her personal support group in GA for all the prayers and support received from her many friends in New York and Georgia.
