Bertha (Murray) Baskin
1917 - 2007
To Cousin Mary (Baskin) Dawson, Cousin Esther (Murray) Hanson, Cousin Sarah (Murray) Craig, Cousin Thelma (Murray) Myers, and all the other Murray/Trotter kin, we your Murray-Toles-Fisher-McCants kin cannot convey to you the heartfelt sorrow that we felt upon hearing of the loss of your mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, great-aunt and our beloved Cousin Bertha (Murray) Baskin.
Down through the years, since meeting all of you, we have enjoyed a completeness that only blood kin can feel. Getting to know all of you has truly enriched our lives. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to meet you sooner and really know the love and care that each of you has exhibited.
Cousin Bertha shall surely be missed by one and all, but we offer you these thoughts:
Be glad that her life was full and complete,
Be glad that she tasted the bitter and sweet
Be glad that she walked in sunshine and rain
Be glad that she felt both pleasure and pain
Be glad that she had such a full, happy life,
Be glad for her joys as well as her strives
Be glad that she walked with courage each day
Be glad she had strength for each step of the way
Be glad for the comfort she found in prayer
Be glad for God’s blessings for she’s now in His care.
We your Murray-Toles-Fisher- McCants kin want you to know that we’re no more than a phone call away. We are so glad and blessed for the opportunity to have meet Cousin Bertha and you all and pray that God will give you each His sweet solace as you face this most difficult time.
Much Love To All!
Your Murray-Toles-Fisher-McCants Kin
