James MOORE Obituary

MOORE, James James Draden Moore VI, 64, of Kennesaw, GA, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 6, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to parents, James Draden Moore V and Carol Moore. "Jay" lived in Pennsylvania, Colorado, New Jersey, and most of his life in Georgia where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading, bird watching, and all things nature. Jay was a good soul who will be remembered for his bigger than life personality, his warm heart, but most of all his humor and zest for life. Jay is survived by his dedicated wife, Katie Stuart, his two children, James Draden Moore VII and Mary Kathryn Moore, his step-daughter, Jessica Culpepper Graham, her husband John Graham and their two daughter's Audrey and Nora. He is also survived by his mother Carol Moore, of Wilmington, NC, his three sisters, Anne Bonnenfant of France, Martha Bumgarner of Morganton, NC, and Libbie Schaffer of Wilmington, NC; as well as his many beloved nieces and nephews, loving friends, and the community at the Acworth Animal Hospital. The family will have a celebration of Jay's life at Red Top Mountain State Park on April 26th at 2:00 at the Pioneer Site. For more info/questions - [email protected]. Memorial donations may be made in Jay's name to the Acworth Animal Hospital for those in need of financial support for their pets.
