I don't know Joe personally but might have met him through friends at St. Thomas More Catholic Church when I was a cast extra in some of the plays at STM in the late 2000s, early 2010s. To the family and friends of Joe I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep Joe and his family in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

Joe was such an integral part of St. Thomas More as my four children grew up in the STM Church and school community! Joe was part of their First Communions, the Church choir, all of the special occasions and masses. We loved his kindness and sense of humor. He will be missed by all of us so much.

One more memory... when Joe took a cat home from POP and he couldn't keep it, he was freaking out. I went to his apartment to pick it up and took it back to POP where it was soon adopted. Such a mess he was, but truly a loving mess. Can't believe he is gone. But he is in the best place imagined. Much love to him.

I can't begin to count the number of laughs we had with Joe as he served at Prince of Peace. He was so fun to work with. His birthday is the same as my son, Daniel and we celebrated together several times. He recruited Daniel to play the piano for the children's choir way back. So many memories, will greatly miss him. Knew him as coworker but loved him as a friend.

I´m so sorry for your loss. I am praying for you all. May God give you comfort during this very difficult time. Please know that your loved one is safe in God´s memory (Proverbs 14:14,15). Just as God brought his son Jesus Christ back to life, he will do the same for your loved one as he has promised.
