I was able to get the opportunity to take care of Kendra in the hospital when she became ill. I fell in love with her calm spirit and beautiful personality. She was beautiful, kind and sweet up to the last minute. I know she was an angel gone too soon. But I always prayed for her.. I know she is in a better place!! God bless her!!.
I visited you today. & I just still can't believe your gone. I miss you so much. I wish I could go down to Atherton ir where you are & hug & talk.

Ms. Gulstone was the best teacher ever and it still feels like sometimes she's there pushing me in my school work and telling me to stop talking, Talkative Tammi. It took me awhile to actually realize she was gone, but in my heart i know that her spirit still looks down on all her see her as a happy memory. rest in peace Ms.Gulstone. You will always be missed and never forgotten.

I just learned of Kendra's passing and was truly and deeply saddened. Kendra became a wonderful person to work for at Atherton Elementary and was a guiding light to help me learn my way around. What a wonderful educator and friend she was. May God continue to lift and light you as you remember her laugh and her smiling face. I know that I will.

I can't begin to imagine what you are going through right now, but know that Kendra was loved by many, and will be remember for an eternity. She will be missed, by me for her bubbly and kind nature. She was precious, and she is resting peacefully in her fathers bosom. I pray that God would grant you the strength and comfort that would help you to cope with the lost of our angel. Miss Kendra Gulstone was a beautiful yound lady inside and out, I am so saddened by her passing but i know she is shining high above with the lord. She will be truly missed but i know she is in a better place. It was a pleasure to care for her. She was so pleasant despite her battle. May god comfort her family in this sad time.

My condolences to the Gulstone famliy, when I heard of the news I was truly saddened. But all I can think is she's in a better place. I haven't seen Kendra in years but it was like yesterday she was over my house and we were hanging out. To honor our friend we must live life to the fullest! Because it's not fair such a young beautiful person has been taken from us so early. Her friends and family will be in my prayers always.

A child of God...simply an angel that is sent for all to enjoy for only a short time. Kendra would want everyone to cherish each day like it is your last, live life to the fulliest, don't let the worries and frustrations of life get you down; learn to keep on inspite of. I truly cherish the short time that I worked with Ms. Gulstone as a former administrator. I know she will continue to teach in heaven,a gift that she always loved and cherished.

Kendra Gulstone epitomizes strength and courage. She fought a very valiant fight. It amazes me how she would press on and work harder than most people-for the love of her students. Her dedication to education shown through each of the students and families that she had contact with. Her presence and teaching style was strong, but very loving. She would do anything for her students; year after year, through sickness and treatment-she was there to make sure her students had what they needed to be successful. That type of zeal and dedication is not found in everyone. Atherton Elementary School's family was fortunate to have had a gem amongst them for a number of years. She will truly be missed. We know that after fighting to the very end, Kendra is finally resting in peace. Her memory will forever live on and shall never be replaced.

All the children at School Kids Club loved Ms. Kendra. They couldn't help themselves because she was just wonderful and full of life. The parents loved her too. We will always cherish and remember her smile and the fun times we shared with her.

I met Kendra her freshmen at Clark Atlanta University. Through common circumstances we became fast friends. Building a friendship that has been matched by few. Through our lives we meet many acquaintances, some situation associates and even fewer friends. Kendra was much more then a friend to me, she became my sister; a sister that I shared good and not so good experiences with that kept us closer then most. For that I am grateful and blessed for every conversation and memory that I had with her. I will miss you until we meet again Kendra.
