Lynde Nix Obituary
Family-Placed Death Notice
NIX, Lynde MISS LYNDE MELISSA NIX Miss Lynde Melissa Nix, age 30, of 123 Chaucer Lane, Carrollton passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Survivors include her parents, Dale Allen and Sandra Stanford Nix of Bremen; two sisters, Natalie Nix Andrews of Bremen and Katie Nix of Marietta; paternal grandfather, W.C. Nix of Bremen; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. from Bremen First Baptist Church with Dr. Keith Moore and Rev. Herman Parker officiating. Interment will follow in Bremen City Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Jansen Dailey, Brett Butler, Taylor Stanford, Tyler Stanford, Rich Fendley and Matt Fuller. Serving as honorary pallbearers will a group of friends Lynde was a part of known as the Fractious Five: Chasity Cowart Brock, Marla Weathington Harvin, Kristi Hart Fears and Heather Sullivan Shaw. The family will receive friends at Bremen First Baptist Church Sunday afternoon from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association. You may post an on-line condolence at www.hutchesonsmemorial chapel.com Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.

Human words can not console you nor give you the strength you need to get through this time in your lives, as humans we can only be there for you if you have a need. God is the only one that can get you through this, He can not erase the pain you are feeling, but through His strength and love He will get you through this.
