BLACKSHEAR, Maxine Mrs. Maxine M. Blackshear passed on November 7, 2011. Homegoing service will be held Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 11:00 am from Mt. Patmos Baptist Church. Rev. Charles B. Goodman officiating. Interment Jackson Cemetery (Monroe, GA). Survivors are two daughters, one son, mother, one sister, one brother, two grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Maxine, November is always a sad time for me with you and Diane passing in the same month although different years. I want you to know I will always miss you Maxine, my dear friend. You had such a wonderful sense of humor and a true believer in our Lord and Savior. God bless your family and the many many friends who feel your loss as I. I am happy with the knowledge that your spirit is in heaven and your with many loved ones.

I met Maxine the first day I started work @LN. I loved her sense of humor & jokes. She knew everybody there& was friendly to everyone. I'll never forget her. Prayers to her family at this time.

My heart breaks over the loss of Maxine and all of us left here will miss her deeply. I know she has been met with open arms by all who went before her. Deepest Sympathy to the Blackshear Family: I was deeply saddened to hear of her passing as we all are. She no longer suffers and is in a much better place. Maxine was a wonderful woman and certainly unforgetable. My thoughts and prayers are with you all through this trying time. Know she watch over you all and be your guardian angel. Mrs. Maine was a blessing to be around. I rememebr the times we had at CP and she kept me laughing all the time. She will truly be missed, but I know she is in a better place where there is no more suffering and pain. Rest in peace Maxine. My prayers are with her family that God comforts you and strengthen you as the days come.

Maxine will truly be missed. She was a great friend, sister and teacher to me. Anyone that had the pleasure of getting to know her knows what a blessing she was. As I cry, I know it's ok because she is in the best hands possible. Brandon, Erica, and Briana. My heart and thoughts are with you.
