Sissie was such a light to so many at Georgia Tech. I remember the first time I met her how comfortable and happy I felt in her presence. We had a nice conversation about our daughters and Sissie shared so much love and admiration for her daughter. I am so saddened by her death and send my deepest condolences to all of her loved ones. Her legacy of humble kindness and a generous spirit lives on in all of our memories.

Saddened me to read of Sissie's passing. As a GT Facilities Mgt Sr Proj. Mgr., she was my go-to person for legal and contracting questions concerning Olympic/Paralympic and project management contracting issues. She responded quickly and made sense of complex issues, and facilitated my work, which, in the end, benefitted GT. She was one of the good ones!

Words cannot express how sorry I am. I had the privilege to work with Sissie for twenty great years. She was always kind, sweet, and a gentle soul. My thoughts and prayers are with Warren, Emma and the entire family. God bless.

I knew Sissie through the Over the Hill Hiking Group although she was never old! Just the little time I spent on the trail with her I knew she was a hard working lady who enjoyed what she did, was so so sweet and kind, loved her family dearly and time spent with her horse and enjoyed every day. What a smile she had!
My condolences to Warren and Emma and all her family.
