Family-Placed Death Notice
Randall Elliott Godfrey, Sr., age 66, of Douglasville, GA, died Monday, July 9, 2007. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Atlanta. Survived by his wife, Nancy Godfrey; daughters, Nita Godfrey, Tallapoosa; Leann Tracy, Jonesboro; Audrey Moore, Austell; sons, Elliott Godfrey, Jr., Douglasville; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Damaris Keller, Clayton; Dale Clark, Covington; Rhonda Bruce, Eatonton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 12, 1PM Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Bobby Simmons, Rev. Kenneth Plemons officiating. Interment Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge. The family will receive friends Tuesday 5-8PM and Wednesday 4-8PM at the funeral home. Condolences may be made online at www.davisstruempf.com.

Nancy...so sorry we cannot be there. Dad has cataract surgery tomorrow (Wed.). I know these are difficult days. We can take comfort in the fact that he is healthy now and we will see him again! We will be praying for you....
