To Robert's brothers and family in Atlanta - we were very sad to learn of Robert's passing. My sons and wife visited family members at The Parker Plaza condo in Hallandale regularly and over our many years of vacations we spoke often with Robert at the pool, and were very fond of him. He always talked about sports, going on cruises, and eating breakfasts at Rascal House with our sons Jonathan and Matthew, who very much looked forward to their regular talks with Robert when visiting the Parker Plaza in Hallandale. We offer our condolences to the family, and like you we will miss his good humour, warm conversation, embracing warmth and friendship. He will be missed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends, and may Robert rest in peace. He deserves that. Going to the pool at The Parker Plaza will not be the same. Our sincerest sympathy in this time of sadness. We will both truly miss Robert - enjoying the "fights" on television with Mike, and the dinners we shared together. Robert was truly a "southern gentleman".

I met Robert through Mike & Carole March approximately 10 years ago. Carole (my Mom) always invited Robert for dinner while I was visiting Hallandale. Dinner conversations were always interesting and lively with Robert!! I last had dinner with Robert in February and was so in awe of how he was handling his illness. My prayers for you, his family. Robert will be missed by everyone whose life he touched.

I knew Robert many years ago when he was living in Knoxville. He was manager at the Big Orange package store and had my son Todd Bradley working for him. He was the kindest person I've known and was most kind and generous to my son Todd, who passed away in March 2003. Todd loved Robert and we all did, and I'm sure they are now together in heaven. I'm very sorry for your loss and will keep you all in my prayers.
God Bless,

Victor and I will greatly miss Robert's wonderful sense of humor that never failed to make all his friends laugh. We will miss his very special perspective on life in general and I will especially miss his big hugs. I pray his passing was peaceful and that Heaven does have a gourmet food section. We will miss you "Huskey"!

We have long admired Robert and his brave fight with cancer. He was fighting against a formidable foe and lost the good fight. He was loved by his family and was loved in return. He will be missed by all but hopefully the many pleasant memories will sustain you in your loss. The Hirsh family is all special and we love them very much.

My heart is broken for you-the Hirsh Family. Robert had such a glint in his eyes. Remember the good events and conversations.
I wish you peace and healing, from the depths of my heart.

Dear Friends: Fo a quarter of a century Robert and the Hirsch Family have been loyal friends. I was so deeply upset by Robert's passing. His battle with renal cancer was brave. I will forever miss our Saturday breakfasts and Wednesday Lunches. Robert was a gentleman and was deeply loved by both his family and friends.
My deepest sympathy to Marv, Daniel, Lance (the apple of his eye) and Molly who he loved like a daughter.
Love,
Lloyd Shane
