Family-Placed Death Notice
MILLER, Robert Mr. Robert "Bob" Miller, age 78 of Peachtree City, Georgia passed away on Friday, March 29, 2013. Bob retired after 25 years of service with the Fulton County Sheriff's Department and was a member of the Peachtree City Christian Church. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-five years, Mary W. Miller; and a daughter, Cecilia M. Robbins of Peachtree City; a granddaughter, Heather C. Sewell and husband, Kyle of Newnan, GA; a great-grandaughter Sarah Sewell. He is also survived by a brother Kenneth Miller and wife, Jackie of Charlotte, N.C. and a cousin, Ricky Ayers and wife, Martha of Charlotte, N.C. Funeral Services for Mr. Robert "Bob" Miller will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 2:30 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Newnan, GA. Dr. George S. Dillard will be officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Peachtree City Christian Church located at 500 Kedron Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
