Family-Placed Death Notice
PHILLIPS, Ruby Services for Mrs. Ruby N. Phillips of Morrow will be held Friday, 1 P.M. from New Testament Baptist Church. Rev. Kerry Garrison and Dr. Curtis Turner, officiating. Interment, Stockbridge City Cemetery. Survivors daughters, Katina Webb, Rex; Tanya Castro, Suwanee; son, Lee Phillips, Hampton; sister, Patsy Poole, Rex; brother, Robert Nash, Morrow; nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday, 6-8 P.M. Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors, Morrow, GA 770-961-2828

Tina, Tanya and Lee,
I just learned of your mom's death. While we lost track of each other over the years i never stopped thinking of her. Boots was a wonderful friend and mentor. She cared for me like a daughter and I loved her as a friend and mother. She was responsible for me knowing Christ as my personal savior and for that I owe her my life. I am praying for you all and will try to find you.

Our family was deeply saddened by the loss of Boots as she always felt like a member of our family. She was a great friend and Christian and she will always be missed. Love and sympathy to your family.
