Thomas Yelle Obituary
Thomas Kilcullen Yelle, "Ramblin' Wreck from Georgia Tech," Greenpeace activist, poet, dreamer, witty, funny, super intelligent, spiritual, kind, and gentle, was taken from us two days before Christmas, on Dec. 23 after a valiant two year battle with colon cancer. Tom left to join the wonderful annual Christmas Celebration in Heaven. A transplant from Minnesota, Tom loved Atlanta, the climate, and the people. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Dr. Matthew and Barbara Yelle of Anoka, MN; three brothers Dr. Matt, Andrew, and John; three sisters, Barbara, Betsy, and Mary; and many Cousins including his dear Atlanta cousins, Richard and Sylvia Yelle and Ann Yelle Mangat; He also leaves behind his family of faithful and treasured Atlanta friends. Memorials will be held at a later date.

Tom was a sweetheart. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing at such a young age. O always enjoyed his company when he came to visit Jimbo.
