Family-Placed Death Notice

Homegoing celebration for Veronica Bacon Rutlege will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2006 at 1:30 PM at First St. Paul AME. Church, 2687 Klondike Rd, Lithonia, GA, Rev. Dr. Marvin Crawford, officiating. Interment, Kennedy Memorial Gardens. She is survived by her husband, David Rutledge; three brothers, Cephas, Tyrone, and Maurice Bacon; one sister, Rosland Shepard; mother-in-law, Constance Rutledge; two sisters-in-law, Angela Rutledge and Sharon Rutledge; three uncles, Roscoe Bacon, Clifford Carter, and Eddie Carter and a host of other wonderful relatives and friends. Visitation TODAY from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, wake 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Friends are asked to assemble with family at the church 12:30 PM. Gregory B. Levettt & Sons, Inc. South Dekalb (404) 241-5656.
