Family-Placed Death Notice
Funeral Services for Dr. Willie E. Richardson, Jr., of 4089 Herron Trail, Atlanta, 30349, will be held Friday, April 20, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Hoosier Memorial 2545 Benjamin E. Mayes, Atlanta, 30311. The remains will lie in state at the church from 1:00 PM until the hour of service. Rev. Dr. Derrick B. Rhodes, officiating. An Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Omega Service will be held at the church this evening from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. The family will assemble at the church at 1:45 PM on the day of the service. Dr. Willie E. Richardson, Jr., is survived by Veria Doris Neal Richardson; his daughter, Paula; his sons, Terrence "Terry", Joseph Vincent and Joey; his devoted friend and companion, Janet Waymer; his siblings, Rufus E. Richardson (Myrtice), Oscar J. Richardson (Lula), Alfred D. Richardson (Josephine), Vivian R. Erkins (Moses), Sara K. Richardson, Huey L. Richardson (Barbara), Steve Richardson (Rose), Naomi Jackson, Pecolia Dorsey and Ceola Hollis; other relatives and friends. Sellers Brothers, Inc., 404-522-6924.
