Bernadette Fudge Obituary

Bernadette Fudge
3/19/1966 - 7/20/2013

Our Live Oak Waldorf family has just lost a very special member. Bernadette Pambianco Fudge, mother of Kalina and Louis Fudge, has passed by her own hand after a long battle with bipolar disorder. We are all saddened by this tragic loss of an amazing woman who offered so much love and service to our beloved community.
Bernadette is survived by her two children: Kalina and Louis; her father and step-mother, Louis and Paula Pambianco; her mother, Elaine Anderson; brother, Joe Pambianco; step-sisters, Bonnie Thomas and Stephanie Hardy; and step-brother, Stephen Pacetti; and niece, Victoria Thomas; and nephew, Kyle Thomas.
We will remember Bernadette as a shining light, full of love, playful enthusiasm and for celebrating family, friends and life. She was a healer who brought remarkable benefits to her massage clients. In that vane, we invite you to join Bernadette's family and friends as we honor her: "A Celebration of Bernadette's Life" at the Live Oak Waldorf School, Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 3 p.m. in the Amphitheater, 400 Crother Road, Meadow Vista, Calif.
Rather than flowers, the family is asking that any offerings you feel moved to give be in the form of donations to a fund that has been established to help Kalina and Louis with their future educational needs. Instructions for donations: http://www.youcaring.com/tuition-fundraiser/two-bright-kids/74797.
We hope you'll join us for this Celebration of Bernadette's Life as we support each other in our loss and realize the life threatening effect of bipolar disease. Her wish for us is to deepen our relationships and live productive and happy lives.

I never met Bernadette but bless you for addressing two very difficult things in this obituary...taking one's own life and bipolar. I am touched by your loss and appreciate you sharing your sorrow and as you stated the effect bi-polar has on everyone in the family. God bless you and the future of her children. Sincerely
