I knew Mrs. Knox growing up and going to school with her children and remember her as a good-natured, pleasing person who always welcomed us to her house. I am sorry for this loss to the Knox family.

As a member of the extended family, I knew and loved Lu for over 20 years. I will sorely miss her, but she lived her life as a free soul.

Our in home care company was honored to have assisted Lu for a short time in her home. The care givers all enjoyed helping her, and I greatly admired Lu and the warm and gracious family members I met. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family. Laura Wayman

I met Lu at Senior Peer Counseling nine years ago and we hit it off immediately. She was so soft-spoken and had such wisdom. We connected politically and enjoyed our conversations. I loved her stories about her trip to China a few years back. She brought me a bracelet which I'll treasure forever. I'm sorry she has left us.

Lucile was our neighbor and friend. She was beautiful and wise and always available for a discussion of politics, religion, and life in general. We miss you Lucile.
