PORT BYRON - Anthony Michael Agee, 26, of Port Byron, died Sunday, July 24, 2005, in Auburn Memorial Hospital.
Anthony was born in Auburn, and has resided here all of his life. He was a graduate of Auburn High School and was attending Cayuga Community College. In addition, he was employed in the construction industry, and was a member of Auburn First Church in God and Christ. He enjoyed football and was an avid fan.
Surviving is his father, Oliver W. Agee Jr. and his wife Janis M. Agee of Auburn; mother, Linda J. Wilson of Port Byron; stepfather, Dennis M. Wilson of Port Byron; maternal great-grandmother, Ethel Mosher of Auburn; maternal grandmother, Esther L. Ashbarry of Auburn; maternal stepgrandmother, Cecilia E. Wilson of Port Byron; paternal grandmother, Louise Agee of Auburn; three sisters, Tanya M. Wheeler and her husband Marcel of Auburn, Latosha M. Lenton of Syracuse and Tonei L. Wilson of Port Byron; five brothers, David Anthony Agee of Utica, Israel Clark of Syracuse, Jamar L. Lenton of Auburn, Marquis D. Agee of Auburn and Andrew "Bubba" Wilson of Port Byron; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Anthony was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, the Rev. Oliver W. Agee Sr. in 1999; and his maternal stepgrandfather, Kenneth L. Wilson in 2004.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 29, in the Auburn First Church of God in Christ, 86 Garrow St., Auburn, with the Rev. Timothy L. Agee Sr. officiating. Interment will be in Fort Hill Cemetery. Friends are invited to call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at the church.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Anthony Michael Agee.
