Cassandra Stanton Obituary
UNION SPRINGS - Cassandra Joanne Stanton, 4-day-old infant daughter of Michael and Christine Griggs Stanton, of Route 34B, Union Springs, died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester.
In addition to her loving parents, Cassandra is survived by her maternal grandmother, Johanna Griggs of Middletown; her paternal grandparents, James and Phyllis Stanton Sr.; aunts and uncles, Dan and Roberta Stanton, Michael Griggs, Robin and Cliff Collins; her cousins, Jessica and Michelle Stanton, Trevor and Haleigh Griggs, Stephanie and Cliff Collins Jr.
The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff of the Neonatal Unit of Strong Memorial Hospital, for their care and compassion for Cassandra.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, in White Chapel Funeral Home, 197 South St., Auburn, with the Rev. John Terry officiating. Burial will be in Fleming Rural Cemetery. Friends are invited to call on the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Neonatal Unit of Strong Memorial Hospital, 601 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14642.
