Hope Elizabeth Colvin

Hope Elizabeth Colvin was born on February 28, 1932 to Henry and Margaret (Dean) Withey in Syracuse, NY. Mom passed away peacefully on January 6, 2024 with her children by her side.
Hope loved growing up on Owasco Lake along with her sisters and beloved family dog Buster. In later years she enjoyed dining out, crossword puzzles, baking and cooking, books, attending jazz concerts and dances at Owasco lake, visiting her sisters, and spending time with her beloved cats. She possessed a great sense of humor, was an avid cook, had impeccable taste in fashion, was well informed and loved and cared for her family.
Surviving is her daughter, Kim (Colvin) Kelley of Seattle, WA; Jeff (Debbie) Colvin of Alva, FL; Greg (Angie) Colvin of Manlius, NY; five grandchildren: Brooke Nyman, Kurt Nyman, Mitchell Colvin, Amber Margretta, Stephanie Margretta; and great-granddaughter, Piper Grace Cooper; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband, Bill "Howard" F. Colvin, her sisters: Joan Quill and Linda Serven and her beloved grandson, Brett M. Colvin.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.

So sorry for my Friend Sherry´s Aunt Hope. She was such a classy lady and always enjoyed visiting her with Sherry. God bless Hope´s family and she is now reunited with her sisters.
