I don't believe I ever met David but I did know his brother, Dean, who went to school at Kinston in AL. Dean is a great piano player and David married a great lady, Terri Gibbs. I can see the favor in the Daughtry brothers. He lived a great life and had many friends. May God Bless the family and friends of this fine man who served his community and a man who came from a talented family. Our prayers are with you.

I met Mr.Daughtry he was my son's bus driver. He was so involve in the Grovetown Community and he alway had a smile. He will be missed because he was a big part of Grovetown because Grovetown and the name David W. Daughtry go hand and hand.

David was a true friend who did so much for the City of Grovetown. He was an avid supporter of police and fire operations and assisted me in the transition to a Georgia Certified Department of Public Safety when I served as its Director.
