I had the pleasure of working with Lloyd for a couple of years before I moved from Augusta. He became a very good friend, and whenever I talked with him he had a way of making you see things on the bright side. I will truly miss his pleasant voice and friendship. He was truly a wonderful person!

We were greatly shocked and extremely saddened when we received the e-mail from Donna concerning Lloyd's death. He was widely liked by all the folks in DCMD South. His efforts to achieve a remarkable outcome when faced with the task of closing it in 1996 were greatly appreciated by all those affected by the closure.
