Lancaster - Steven Michael "Mike" Starks went home to be with the Lord on September 11, 2025. Mike was a beloved husband, father, grandpa, son and brother. A celebration of his life will be held at Grace Chapel, 44648 15th Street West, Lancaster, on October 18th at 11:00 a.m. To honor Mike, the family encourages guests to wear blue, his favorite color.
