Adaline Moore Obituary

Moore, Adaline Anna (Addie)
Our sweet angel Adaline Anna Moore (Addie), born a preemie September 25, 1996, passed away instantly on July 28, 2009 in a tragic vehicle accident in New Harmony, Utah. Her favorite big cousin Jason McDonald died as well. Tuesday had been a beautiful day for Addie as her family had been to a picnic and played and had fun with her Utah cousins. Life was an exciting experience. She loved everyone and was know for her bracey smile and impromptu hugs. Addie will be missed by many. Her parents, David and Tracy, brothers David and Tommy and her sisters Mary Elizabeth (M.E.) and Lydia (who was in the accident as well and has spent a week in Primary Children's hospital with 9 broken bones). Grandparents, Betty White, Dave and Jean Moore; great-grandparents Ben and Anna McKernan. Adaline had many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as her parents' close friends who became her family. She loved her teachers both at school and church and always tried to help them. Addie had some very choice friends. She loved to baby-sit, swim and read. She played the clarinet, the piano, and ran cross country. Her family wishes to thank all for their prayers and concern. The funeral services will be at 10:00 AM August 7, 2009 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on 83rd Avenue and Sweetwater in Peoria, Arizona. In lieu of flowers please make any donations to Primary Children's Medical Center, Primary Children's Foundation, 801-662-5959.
